FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Request a free quote
Can I register a company in Panama if I live abroad?

Yes. Most of the process can be coordinated remotely. We tell you which documents and signatures are needed and how to send them.

Corporation (S.A.), LLC (S. de R.L.) or foundation: which one do I need?

Corporations and LLCs are used to do business or hold investments; foundations are used to hold and protect assets for family, estate or philanthropic purposes. We explain which one fits your goal.

Do I need a resident agent?

Yes. Panama corporations and private interest foundations must have a resident agent, who must be a lawyer or law firm in Panama. Ask us how this requirement is covered in your case.

How long does a registration take?

It depends on the type of entity and on the Public Registry. Your written quote includes an estimated timeline, and we keep you updated at each stage.

Are Public Registry searches confidential?

The registry information itself is public, but your request and our report are handled confidentially and used only for the lawful purpose you indicate.

In which countries do you work?

Panama, Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Belize and the British Virgin Islands. Availability of each service depends on the country.

Can you apostille and translate my documents?

Yes. We handle apostilles for countries of the Hague Convention, consular legalization for other countries, and certified translations when the document must be presented in another language.

How do I pay and receive my documents?

Payment methods and delivery (digital or in person in Panama) are confirmed in your written quote.
