At Panainfo we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, what we use it for and what rights you have, under Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama and its regulations.

2. What data we collect
Only the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form or the email window:
- Name and email address.
- Phone number, if you choose to provide it.
- The service you are interested in, the country of the procedure and when you need it, if you indicate them.
- The content of your message.
3. What we use your data for
We use your data only to reply to your request, send you information and a quote for the service you asked about and, if you hire us, to provide that service. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
5. Service providers
To run this website we use the following providers, which may process your data on our behalf and, in some cases, outside Panama:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards the form messages to our email.
- Supabase: stores a copy of the requests we receive so we can follow them up.
- Cloudflare: hosts and serves the website.
- Google Fonts: provides the website fonts; when they load, your browser connects to Google servers.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data as long as needed to handle your request and, if you hire us, for the duration of the engagement and the periods required by law. After that we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Under Law 81 of 2019, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability by writing to us at panainfo@yahoo.com. If you believe we did not address your request, you may contact the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and restricted access to information.
9. Minors
This website is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.
